My name is Jelena Barisic, I am a Serbian visual artist. In a world full of ‘too much’, my one-line illustrations tell a story of everyday life in an unobtrusive way. I am aiming to present the beauty of the simple line – the line of life, which is rarely straight and without unexpected turns. Led by the parole ‘less is more’, my artwork comes through in a minimalistic and somewhat abstract way; it is all in nude tone, pleasant to the eye of a viewer, for the ‘love of line’.
